My best friend when I was in elementary school (since preschool) named Farah Aqilah. She was as wonderful as she is. We being friend for so close, be in prefectorial board, participate in coloring competition together, and for sure we love to play together (faking pencil color as our make up-yeah, she’s one fucking artistic).
Then when we were in Standard 3, we have to sit for this PTS exam where student can skip Standard 4 to just be placed in Standard 5 directly. So I was the last and only student given that chance since I passed it. Soon, I feel bit far apart from Farah cause we SELDOM hanging out together again. Different schedule. Only way to meet is during recess. Next, I finished primary school first at age 12 and the next year I heard she was placed in an all-girls boarding school. If we’re lucky enough, the only time we can meet is during Ramadhan where we can do our Tarawikh together in our village’s musolla. For me, she will always be as sweet friend as ever (I still can’t forget our childhood times when we always secretly hid a drawing we drawn in each other’s school shoe reciprocally). May Allah bless her.
To all my friends, I love you so much. Forgive me if I did you wrong. Trust me, I never show you how much I care in front of public, but Allah knows what’s inside. I’ll keep praying for your success, all of us. Ameen. May Allah ease and bless our effort to gain success in dunya and akhirah; in academic or career and even our family life.
why school?derp..but kids, you REALLY have no fun without school. You learn alone, you make mistakes alone, you don’t get that kinda feelings of joy when you done an experiment a success, you cleared any discipline of PE sport..and much more. Frankly speaking, maybe I was a school geek, but I step from my shell and now I do much much, wait..MUCH BETTER!
